RULES AND REGULATIONS
We love to have FUN and want you to as well!
Being self-service, we do have simple rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for you and our other tenants.
By booking you agree to all terms, policies, rules and regulations stated below or FEES MAY APPLY.
RESCHEDULING – Can be done directly through your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS – All purchases are final. We will be happy to provide you a coupon code to reschedule at your convenience up to 24 hours before your original reservation.
As a self-service reservation you have simple responsibilities to ensure everyone has a safe fun experience:
1. Keep the entry door secured (do not prop open) only allow your party to enter.
2. You are required to complete the easy check out process or you will be charged
3. You are liable for any damages, extra time or people.
4. Occupancy – 1 parent aged adult per 3 minors is required and everyone in the suite counts. Minimum 1 adult of 18 years or older.
5. Keep all food and drinks off the simulator turf and computer cabinet.
6. NO: horseplay, Happy Gilmore’s or Strength contests, excessive drinking, drugs, smoking/vaping or yelling – respect our upstairs tenants and other guests
7. Golfer additional responsibilities:
*Clean your shoes and clubs before stepping on the turf
*Use the provided golf balls and indoor tees. Colored or balls with marker may affect play and damage the screen.
*Hitting area – keep clear of extra balls, white hats etc. to ensure no effect on play

WHAT IS SELF-SERVICE?
Self-service is easy at Mulligan’s! Book a private suite online, follow the easy directions in your confirmation email and have fun. You will have basic responsibilities like cleaning up after your party and ensuring you close and lock windows/doors.
WHICH SUITE IS FOR ME?
Pebble Beach – With room for up to 5 people, Pebble Beach offers tons of golf experiences (no sports or shooting). This is our league golf Suite specifically tailored for golfers – including swing cameras. There are no clubs in this Suite. This Suite can also be rented during parties for extra VR space.
Maldives – With room for up to 8 people, Maldives offers Digital Golf, Sports and Shooting. Sports equipment is included; golf sets include mens, ladies and child Right handed. Feel free to try all three during your reservation.
Las Vegas – With room for up to 8 people, Las Vegas offers Virtual Reality, an arcade machine with Classic & Video games as well as a four person multiplayer gaming system on the big screen. Feel free to try all of these during your reservation. If you, or one of your patient party members are not Tech Savy – book the Maldives Suite instead.

IS THERE A RESTROOM OR WAITING AREA?
Yes, there is a restroom in the shared entry way however no indoor waiting areas.
DO I BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?
Clubs are not included – please bring your own.
Please only use the marked golf balls and tee’s provided. You can use a normal tee if you would like.
There are men’s (Right and left), ladies and child golf clubs, but we recommend bringing your own clubs if you are an avid golfer.
Balls and tee’s are provided. If you would like to use your own balls ensure they are new, clean and without marker. You can use a normal tee if you would like.
Sports equipment and simulation firearms are provided.
VR & Arcade equipment is all provided.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I BOOK?
A tricky question…
One Hour: This is enough time for an adult couple to warm up on the driving range or try VR.
Two Hours: This is a comfortable amount of time for an adult couple to play 9 holes (with drinks). This is the minimum a small group or family should book.
Three Hours: Enough time worth getting some food delivered. Four golfers can get through 9 with drinks and the family is able to try a bunch of activities in Las Vegas or Maldives.
Four Hours: Now you’re talking! If you are booking more than one Suite or just have the time to spare; your group will still want to come back afterwards to try more.
DOES EVERY PERSON IN THE ROOM COUNT?
YES! Everyone matters :). Children under 4 are free however our suite occupancy limits are FIRM as there are tenants above our suites.
1 parent aged adult per 3 minors is REQUIRED (this is 4 people) and an adult must remain in each suite at all times.
- Booking for 8 – max 6 kids/2 adults
- Booking for 10 – max 7 kids/3 adults
- Booking for 15 – max 11kids/4 adults
- Booking for 20 – max 15 kids/5 adults
Las Vegas & Maldives can be joined. If your party is larger than 8 we will add the additional suite onto your reservation. Party members will have to leave if over occupancy and the additional suite is not available.
WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY?
All purchases are final.
You are able to reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation with the link in your confirmation email.
Two or Three Suite reservations must be rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
Contact us if outside of these windows and we will help if we can! If you cannot make your reservation and let us know in advance we will do our best to give you a certificate to rebook in the future if necessary.
FOOD/DRINKS/ALCOHOL
Yes, this is a private rental and you are welcome to bring food and drinks. If you are of age, you can drink your own provided alcohol responsibly. Think of it like renting a hotel room. We do not provide food or drinks.
Mulligan’s is a place to be Merry and play games! If you drink too much – the games are over, please respect our upstairs tenants and other guests.
ARE YOUR SUITES/GAMES WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
For access to the building and Las Vegas Suites, yes.
The restroom, Pebble Beach & Maldives suite simulator platforms have small steps.

All purchases are final. Scheduled simulator time and gift certificates are non-refundable. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
